YES, I'd like to know how to attract future wedding clients during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Please give me free advice!

Thank you. We'll call you in a few minutes.

We will keep you updated as to small business grants available to you as a wedding professional as well as other resources.  Keep your chin up!  We're #alonetogether.

Here are 2 steps you can take today:

Stay in touch with your customers

People look to their industry leaders to show strength and stability during times like this. That is why, as an expert wedding pro, you have the opportunity to showcase your expertise by supporting engaged couples during this stressful time. Daily share information with your customers using email, your website, Facebook Page, Instagram Business Profile, and your blog. It's best to include information about the measures you’re taking to make your premises or products/services safe, or how you will handle changes to engaged couples wedding plans.

Try hosting online strategy sessions

If you're a wedding expo and need to postpone or cancel any planned events, try hosting a webinar or organize live sessions using Facebook, Instagram or Zoom. Engaged couples would love to see the community come together and show their support for wedding changes that are being done right now. Technology allows you to have a "virtual wedding expo" where all of your wedding pros can highlight what they're doing to help engaged couples and highlight how they can help them with future wedding bookings. Get creative! If you're a wedding pro and engaged couples are asking to cancel their wedding date, encourage them to have a "face to face" meeting with you via Facebook or Zoom so that you can connect and show your empathy in "person". More times than not, that little bit of personalized reasurance that you're strong and stable with encourage them to rebook instead of cancel. Use technology to your advantage. If you need help navigating this, just call us. We're here to give you help in setting it all up.
