From finding the leads to managing the events
You can’t work an event you don’t get. WeWed’s marketing plan helps present your expertise, capture interest and continue the conversation. Once a client books, their details stay connected to the work of delivering the event.
The $39/month CRM already includes booking and planning tools. Choose the $119/month Marketing + Follow-Up plan when you also want recurring content creation, a branded lead capture page and the six-email funnel. These are software plans; human marketing guidance is available separately through Bridal Marketing Group.

The differences to check before switching
Payment processing and provider connections matter as much as a check mark. WeWed’s booking documents can prepare selections, agreements and invoice drafts, while client payments use an activated provider. A draft invoice or a saved payment link is not a verified payment.
| The work you need | WeWed.io | Aisle Planner |
|---|---|---|
| Client payments | Invoice drafts, planned installments and QuickBooks hosted invoice links; balances are verified through the activated provider. | Online payments through Wedpay. Processing terms and fees apply. |
| Email and calendar connections | Approved messages use the connected sender. Calendar subscription feeds and supported scheduler links have their own sync behavior. | Email integration, external calendar syncing and Zapier; verify provider-specific behavior. |
| Specialist extras | Email reminders and a mobile-friendly browser workspace. Native SMS, a native app, financial accounts and specialist 3D tools are not claimed. | AP Connect and its layout tool have their own capabilities and seat rules; inspect the specialist tools you need. |
What the $119 marketing plan adds
Marketing + Follow-Up includes the CRM plus 28 monthly social content days for connected Facebook and Instagram accounts, expert articles, a branded landing page with lead capture and six follow-up emails. Content approval and the relevant account connections are required.
The competitor sources reviewed for this comparison do not list this same monthly content-production and publishing package. This is an additional reason to consider WeWed alongside its booking and event tools, rather than judging it as marketing software alone.

Yes, the core booking and event-planning workflows listed here are available in WeWed: client records, proposals, electronic signatures, questionnaires, scheduling, workflows, timelines, budgets, guest/RSVP tools, layouts and vendor coordination. Provider-dependent tools need the appropriate connections. This is not a claim that every proprietary extra or integration is identical.
Are the planning tools included in the $39 CRM?

Does WeWed process payments or send text reminders itself?
Client payments use connected provider-hosted invoice links and verified provider balances. WeWed uses email reminders; native SMS sending is not included. Confirm the provider, payment methods, fees, sync behavior and specialist integrations you need before switching.
Will my clients and vendors need to buy WeWed?
Invited clients and vendors can use their permitted shared access without purchasing a paid WeWed subscription. You control the documents and event information they can see.
