Define the result before enrollment
Before you enroll in this offer, BMG reviews your business, baseline visibility, competitors and required account access. You and BMG must approve a written ranking schedule identifying your business and Google Business Profile, commercially relevant non-brand keywords, exact map-check locations, exact AI prompts, named AI platforms, locale, measurement method, baseline evidence, launch date and day-90 deadline. Google Maps and AI search must both have targets. A generic promise or package purchase alone does not enroll you. No paid enrollment in this guarantee begins before that schedule is agreed. Targets cannot be made easier or changed without your written agreement.
What counts as #1
For Google Maps, your real business must be the first organic business listing for every keyword and check location in the signed schedule; sponsored placements do not count. For AI search, your real business must be the first business recommendation for every agreed prompt on every named AI platform in the schedule; a citation alone does not count. Use fresh, non-personalized sessions with the agreed locale and no leading prompts that name your business. BMG records dated screenshots or full response transcripts on days 84, 87 and 90. Each target must reach #1 on at least two of those three checks. If any agreed target misses that threshold, the guarantee is not met. Results can vary outside these checks and after day 90; this is not an ongoing first-position warranty.
The 90-day clock and your part
The written schedule starts the 90 calendar days when required access is ready and BMG begins the agreed work. BMG will offer kickoff within 14 calendar days of enrollment, unless you request a later date or required client access is missing. Keep service active and fees current for the 90-day period, provide truthful business details and authorized assets, retain an eligible verified Google Business Profile, and supply requested access and approvals within five business days. A client-caused delay can extend the deadline only by its documented duration, with written notice; BMG delays, competition or algorithm changes do not silently reset the clock. We will not use fake reviews, false locations or other deceptive ranking tactics. Canceling before day 90 ends future service and this performance offer; monthly renewal can still be canceled under the service terms. If BMG ends an enrolled engagement before completing the period, BMG refunds service fees paid for that guarantee period.
Your refund
If any agreed target is missed, you receive a full refund of BMG service fees paid for the first 90 days of the enrolled engagement. Media spend, third-party costs and unrelated services are excluded. BMG reviews the evidence at day 90 and initiates a qualifying refund within 10 business days. You can also request review within 30 calendar days after the deadline by emailing jakki@bridalmarketinggroup.com with your business name and ranking schedule. We provide the evidence and decision in writing. Missing BMG measurement records do not defeat your claim: if BMG cannot substantiate success under the agreed method, the guarantee is treated as missed. Card or bank processing can take additional time. No replacement purchase or renewal is required to receive an earned refund. This specific refund offer overrides the general no-proration provision for qualifying claims.
Work and evidence you can review
Your written plan includes baseline research, technical and on-page fixes within the agreed page limit, Google Business Profile optimization, accurate local business information, useful search-focused content, weekly ranking checks and a shared action log. Day-30 and day-60 reviews document completed work, observed rankings and the next adjustments. A day-90 report includes all final evidence and the refund outcome. These are delivery commitments, not reports of work already completed. Existing clients retain their current agreement unless both sides separately enroll in this offer.
