Can I ask a live person for marketing advice on Software?

Live marketing review and advice require the $249/month Managed plan. Technical support remains included with Software. Select Upgrade now in your workspace whenever you want human marketing help.

Can I upgrade at any time?

Yes. Select Upgrade now in your workspace, support screen or Billing. Stripe shows the new $249/month price and any prorated charge before you confirm. Your account gains managed access after Stripe verifies the change; staff advice is delivered after your team reviews the request. Your existing trial end is preserved.

Are ads included?

Ad creation is included. Running paid ads adds your approved media budget plus a 10% management fee, separate from either subscription. Paid-ad campaign management does not include personal advice on your broader marketing strategy on the Software plan.

What happens after the 3-day trial?

Card required. Approval ends your trial and starts your selected $149 or $249 monthly subscription until canceled. Without approval, your private trial expires without a subscription charge. Existing customers retain their agreed price and service.
